Oregon Food Cart Tracks explores how food carts in Oregon came to as of today and features some food cart pods in NW Oregon. As an international student from Japan, food cart culture is something unique and something I really enjoy in the US as everyone can find what they want to eat there. It was a good excuse for me to go taste more good food in Oregon as well! I also decided to feature more on the local one, the Barn at the Hickory Station because I found there were severe influence to local shops and restaurants due to COVID-19.

The objectives of this assignmet was creating typographic-based booklet and 1-min promotional video of a student-chosen-theme. It needed a table of contents, and multiple sections within the book, map system, as well as relevant & original images/video footages taken by student.
